1. How do I register to vote or make changes to my voter registration?

Saratoga County residents can register to vote or make changes to their voter registration through the Saratoga County Board of Elections. 

To register to vote for the first time, or to make any changes to your voter record, including your party affiliation, name, address, etc., complete and submit a New York State Voter Registration Form.

Please note that forms must either be dropped off in person or mailed to:

2. How do I get an absentee voting ballot?

Saratoga County residents can obtain an absentee voting ballot from the Saratoga County Board of Elections.
