Overview

Jenkins Park is a small public park located on Jenkins Road in Burnt Hills. This popular park was established by the Town of Ballston as a small Park District in the mid 1950s. The park operates with its own set of bylaws, financially supported solely by taxpayers in the Park District. For many years the Jenkins Park Advisory Board advised the Town Board of improvements, maintenance, and appropriations needed to carry out Jenkins Park operations, in addition to volunteering many hours toward projects at the park.
