• ASSESSOR:  The Town of Ballston, in Saratoga County, is seeking a part-time qualified individual to serve as Sole Assessor.  Must meet minimum qualification standards as set by New York State Rules and Regulations.  Position includes data collection and valuation of all real property located within the Town, exemption and special district administration, and direction and supervision of office staff.  Candidates should be familiar with the New York State Real  Property System version 4 and/or TSL Co., Inc. Assessment System.  Experience in assessment of agricultural parcels is preferred.  Membership in the Institute of Assessing Officers is also preferred.  Position will become available September 1, 2010.  Please send resume and salary expectations to:  Town of Ballston Personnel Committee, P.
